Client Information & Notice

Thank you for choosing Reach for the Magic Destinations to help plan your vacation adventure.  To insure your trip goes smoothly, please review the following information.  Should you have any questions, please contact your Travel Planner or the owner, Denise Lang.

Upon receipt of your electronic confirmation document(s), please review and verify all information is correct.  Please advise of any necessary changes immediately.  Reach for the Magic Destinations will not be responsible for omissions or errors if not brought to our attention immediately.  

Deposit payments and final payments must be received by the due date to avoid vendor cancellation.  Cancellation and change fees vary by supplier and are noted on confirmation documents.

Your final travel documents (for packages only) will be mailed after final payment a few weeks ahead of your arrival date.

Should your travels include locations outside of the United States, you will be required to present a valid U.S. passport.  Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months past your return date.  Clients are responsible to ensure they have all the proper documents necessary for travel.

Special offers are NEVER guaranteed, by Disney or Reach for the Magic Destinations, and we strongly recommend you book the package that best fits your needs, wishes, and budget from the beginning of the planning process.  Should an offer be released, your Travel Planner will check each of their client reservations to see a special offer may be applied.  Again, these offers are based upon eligibility and availability, and cannot be guaranteed.
