FAQs

Can you help plan an accessible Disney, cruise, or resort vacation?

Yes. We regularly work with travelers who use mobility devices, have chronic health conditions, or need specific accommodations. We’ll look at room types, transportation, ship layouts, and in-park support so your trip feels doable - not draining.

What kind of accessibility or sensory needs can you work with?

A lot! We commonly support travelers with mobility needs, chronic pain, autism, ADHD, anxiety, sensory sensitivities, and food allergies or intolerances. You share what’s going on; we help you choose options and strategies that better support how you move, feel, and function.

What information should I share with you about my needs?

Share as much as you feel comfortable: mobility devices, stamina, sensory triggers, medical considerations, and any “hard no” situations. The more we understand, the better we can recommend resorts, ships, room locations, and daily pacing that truly fit you.

Can you help us understand disability or accessibility programs at Disney and on cruises?

Yes. We can walk you through what different programs do and don’t cover, how to request accommodations, and what to expect in lines, shows, and dining. While we can’t guarantee approvals or outcomes, we can help you feel more prepared and confident going in.

Do you charge extra to work with accessibility needs?

No, we don’t add an extra fee just because you have accessibility, sensory, or medical needs. If applicable, your standard professional planning fee covers the added research and coordination that goes into matching you with the right options and planning realistic days.

Can you help if not everyone in our group has the same needs?

Absolutely. Many of our trips include a mix of ages, abilities, and energy levels. We’ll build in flexible plans, break options, and “choose-your-own-pace” moments so each person can enjoy the trip without anyone being left behind or pushed too hard.
