I am a military spouse with roots in many states (Wisconsin, Wyoming, Texas, Virginia, California, Florida, Washington DC, Maryland, and Okinawa Japan!), we currently are relocating to San Antonio! I am married and have two children, all of who share the love of Disney with me. I am an Annual Passholder, and even though we do not live in Florida anymore we make many trips to Disney World. I have been an active Disney travel consultant for several years.
My love of Disney began with watching Disney movies. I had not traveled to any of the Disney parks until 2003 when we decided Disneyland (we lived in California at the time) would be where we spent my daughters 3rd birthday. It was truly magical; our trip was everything that any Disney lover tries to explain to you and you don’t quite understand until you’ve done it yourself! Walking down Main Street, seeing the Castle and character interactions, you can’t help but feel like a kid again! That trip my daughter asked Cinderella if she would dance with her, she did! Cinderella took the time to waltz and twirl my daughter even thought her line was long, that moment I understood the Disney magic. There’s also the time at Disney World where Jasmine kissed my son on the cheek and he ran away crying. Or the pride I felt as I completed my first Half Marathon, crossing the finish line for the inaugural Disney Princess Half Marathon, followed up by more Princess half’s or the Disney World Marathon Goofy Challenge (1/2 marathon followed the next day by the full marathon!) There have been so many memories which remind me of why Disney is part of my family.
Since my first trip I have made several more trips to Disneyland, Disney World, Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea, Disney Cruise Line and Disneyland Paris! I love looking back at all the photos from our Disney trips, seeing our kids grow and remembering the special times we have shared at the parks. I have enjoyed sharing my love for Disney with friends and family who have come to the parks with us for their first visits and receiving emails with photos from clients which I have helped plan their trips. Each trip offers new adventures and experiences.
Since I cannot be at the parks every day, the next best thing for me is helping you plan your Disney trip! I’ve helped couples, families, family reunions, and school groups plan trips to Disney.
I am a College of Disney Knowledge graduate and a Universal Orlando Resort Specialist.
