While some of our travel advisors assist with airfare bookings, our general recommendation is that clients book flights directly. This often allows more control over pricing, schedules, airline loyalty points, and seat selections. Travel Insurance
When heading to the Caribbean or Mexico, adding travel protection isn’t just a backup plan, it’s part of traveling smart. Passports & Documentation
For travel to Mexico or the Caribbean, a valid passport is required. Make sure yours is up to date and doesn’t expire within 6 months of travel. If you’re traveling with children or planning a multi-generational trip, we can walk you through what’s needed.

Hurricane season in the Caribbean and Mexico runs from June through November, with peak activity typically between August and October.
