Hi everyone!

My name is Katie (she/her), I am from the NW Suburbs of Chicago! I have an amazing Blue Heeler/Rottweiler mix named Flynn and currently work full time as an Audiology Assistant in a Special Education Cooperative. I have worked in the Special Education field for the past 15 years, specifically the Deaf/Hard of Hearing and Autism communities. I am fluent in American Sign Language and currently am working on my Autism Travel Specialist certificate!

I have been passionate about travel for as long as I can remember. I have been going to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando since I was 5 years old. I am always the one who books vacations for my family and my friends, or even imaginary vacations for myself, because I am just so passionate about it. I am SO excited to continue to help people plan their magical vacations!

Throughout my time in Special Education, I realized that travel is becoming more and more accessible, and not everyone is aware of the accommodations available to them. I have made it my focus to learn all there is about accessibility and travel, and came up with the name Magical Accessibility.

Magical Accessibility is something near and dear to my heart. Being able to find accommodations and accessibility for those who are unable to do so, or just help families find a place to start. I do not know it all just yet, but I promise you I am working towards this every single day.

Please reach out to my website for more information and to get a conversation rolling! I also am on both Facebook and Instagram and will always add amazing tips and tricks there for you to take a look at!

Let’s start planning the magic, I am so excited to get started!
