Do you specialize in LGBTQ+ family travel?
Yes. LGBTQ+ families and couples are a core part of who we serve. We pay attention to destination vibes, resort and cruise culture, and real traveler experiences so your trip feels joyful, affirming, and low-stress.
Can you help us choose LGBTQ+ friendly destinations and resorts?
Absolutely. We consider things like local laws, on-the-ground attitudes, and how welcoming a property or cruise line is in practice - not just in marketing. We’ll talk about your comfort level and recommend options that match your safety, fun, and “feel good being yourselves” goals.
Can you help with name, pronoun, or gender marker concerns on our reservations?
Yes. We understand that legal names and gender markers don’t always match who you are. We’ll help you navigate what has to match your ID for travel and where we can reflect your correct name and pronouns in notes and communication.
Can you work with LGBTQ+ clients outside of Wisconsin?
Definitely. We’re based in Wausau, Wisconsin, but we work with LGBTQ+ travelers all over the United States through email, online forms, and Vacation Conversations (our version of a planning call). If you’re comfortable working together virtually, we can plan from wherever you are.
What if we’re not “out” to everyone traveling with us?
That’s okay. You can share what you’re comfortable sharing, and we’ll be mindful of room setups, bedding requests, and communication so we’re not outing anyone accidentally. Our job is to support your safety, comfort, and family dynamics, not judge them.
