At Reach for the Magic Destinations, we take great care in welcoming new travel advisors who align with our values, energy, and purpose. Our application process is designed to help us get to know you, and to help you decide if this is the right home for your travel business journey.

We’re not interested in filling seats. We’re here to build something magical, and that starts with mutual alignment, shared goals, and honest communication.
Step 2: Destination Questionnaire (By Invitation)
If your Interest Form suggests strong alignment, we’ll invite you to complete a more detailed Destination-Specific Questionnaire. This step helps us learn about:

Your knowledge and confidence in key destinations or travel styles

Your organizational and communication preferences

How you might handle real-world client scenarios
This isn’t a test; it’s a tool to better understand your strengths and where support may be most helpful.
Step 3: Let’s Chat (By Invitation)
If everything continues to align, we’ll schedule a 1:1 video conversation to get to know each other better. This is a relaxed, two-way conversation - no suits or scripts required!

Our onboarding process and expectations

Any lingering questions you have
You’ll also receive a copy of the Independent Contractor Agreement and The Academy training agreement for review.
What Happens Next?
If we both feel this is a great fit, you’ll be invited to enroll in The Academy - our required onboarding and business-building program. This training phase helps us both ensure that working together long-term is the right match.

Receive and sign a Training Agreement

Pay your Academy training fee

Begin your 60-day onboarding journey in The Academy
Once you complete The Academy, and if all expectations are met with alignment on both sides, we may extend an invitation to sign an Independent Contractor Agreement and officially join the agency as part of our team.

We believe in taking our time, building the foundation right, and ensuring this is a relationship that’s good for both your business and ours.
A Quick Note About Location
Due to Seller of Travel laws, we are currently unable to bring on advisors who reside in California or Hawaii. We’re hopeful this may change in the future, but at this time, we cannot move forward with applicants based in those states.
