We know that planning a Disney trip can feel like opening a mystery box of magic and math, so to help, I’ve pulled together some sample pricing scenarios to give you a ballpark idea of what a Walt Disney World vacation might cost during my birthday celebration weekend.
These examples include room + ticket packages. Your final cost will vary depending on the resort you choose, how many days of park tickets you’d like, how many guests are in your room, and whether you add options like park hopping.

Deposit for a Disney World package is $200 and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. The 60-day advance dining reservation window will open in December.

Do I have to do everything?
Nope! Choose your own adventure. I’ll be sharing light touchpoints, and you can join in wherever it feels right.
Can I come for just one day?
Absolutely! Whether you stop by for a single park day, join us at the pool, or come just for dinner or fireworks; it’s all welcome. Choose your adventure and join when it feels right.
Is there a deadline to RSVP?
There’s no hard deadline, but letting me know sooner than later (especially by Dec. 1st) helps me with dinner reservations, treats, and surprise planning. The earlier, the better; especially if you want help with booking!
Can I bring a guest or my family?
Yes, of course! Spouses, partners, kids, friends - anyone who adds joy to your travel experience is welcome. Just make sure to share details with me once you're booked, so I can plan accordingly.
Booking & Travel Logistics
Are you booking for everyone?
If you’d like help planning your trip, I’d love for you to book with me or one of the fabulous travel advisors on the team! We can help with tickets, resorts, dining, and more. Prefer to plan it yourself? That’s totally fine too.
Where are you staying? Can I stay there too?
We’re staying at Saratoga Springs Resort, which is perfect for pool time and close to Disney Springs. You’re welcome to book at the same resort or wherever works best for your group.
Do I need a park ticket to participate?
Only if you’re joining for one of the park days (Feb 15 at Hollywood Studios or Feb 16 at EPCOT). You don’t need a ticket for the pool hangout or Disney Springs dinner on Feb 14.
What costs should I expect to have?
Everyone will cover the cost of their own travel, accommodations, park tickets, meals, snacks, and souvenirs.
This is a casual celebration, not a hosted or all-inclusive event; so think of it like a choose-your-own-adventure vacation with built-in fun meetups along the way!
That said, I love surprising people with a little pixie dust here and there so don’t be surprised if I treat you to a Mickey bar, a round of blue milk, or a birthday snack or two along the way.
Celebration Vibes
Will there be a big party or event for your birthday?
Not a formal one. This is more of a casual celebration with magical moments sprinkled throughout the weekend.
Is there a dress code for anything?
Not at all, but you know I love a good Disney or Star Wars shirt, or some magical & festive flair!
Are you doing matching shirts/buttons/etc.?
I’m thinking about it! If enough people are interested, I may create a button, sticker, or fun tee to mark the occasion. Stay tuned!

Is there a group chat or Facebook group?
Yes! Once you RSVP, I’ll invite you to the private Facebook group where I’ll post updates, polls, tips, and touchpoint times. It’s a low-key way to stay in the loop.
Your presence, whether it’s for a quick hello, a Mickey ice cream bar, or a group photo, is the greatest gift I could ask for. I’m so excited to celebrate this milestone with people I love, in one of my favorite places in the world.
