Training & Onboarding

All new advisors begin their journey with The Academy - our onboarding experience.

You’ll receive:

A step-by-step launch plan
Learning modules that include topics such as: Fundamentals, Sales Process, Client Care, Professional Development, and more.
Scenarios and exercises to put your learning into practice and action
Personalized coaching and feedback
Encouragement and accountability from a team that gets it

The Academy is designed to help you start strong, without overwhelm or confusion. You’ll leave with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to support your first clients (and beyond).

Agency-branded email address
Custom profile page on the Reach for the Magic Destinations website
CRM access with PCI-compliant credit card collection
Pre-built email templates and destination-specific automated email series
Access to branded marketing assets, including social graphics, captions, and content
Monthly IC newsletter to keep you informed and inspired

Professional Development (On Your Schedule)

The Academy – our required 60-day onboarding and business-building program (completed during the initial training agreement)
Ongoing access to training videos, guides, and challenges
Opportunities for live and on-demand professional development
Support for working your business around your existing job, family, or other responsibilities

*As an Independent Contractor, you’ll have access to all of the above resources, but how and when you choose to engage with them is completely up to you. We’re here to support your journey, not script it.

Commission Structure

Our advisors earn between 65%–90% commission, based on a period of 12-months of traveled sales. We believe in rewarding productivity; and you're in full control of how much you earn and how you grow. Our initial commission of 65% moves to 70% commission within your first few bookings.
