All new advisors begin their journey with The Academy - our onboarding experience.

*As an Independent Contractor, you’ll have access to all of the above resources, but how and when you choose to engage with them is completely up to you. We’re here to support your journey, not script it.
Commission Structure
Our advisors earn between 65%–90% commission, based on a period of 12-months of traveled sales. We believe in rewarding productivity; and you're in full control of how much you earn and how you grow. Our initial commission of 65% moves to 70% commission within your first few bookings.
