During the Academy, you’ll begin learning how to:

Organize details and care for clients throughout their experience.

You’ll put your learning into practice through exercises and receive feedback to help you improve. These foundations will support continued learning as you gain experience.

The Academy is designed for people willing to make time for learning, complete practical exercises, ask questions, and apply feedback.
It also gives you and Reach for the Magic Destinations an opportunity to explore whether our values, expectations, and approach to working together are a good fit.
Academy participation is an education and evaluation experience. It does not guarantee affiliation with the agency. Becoming an independent contractor with Reach for the Magic Destinations involves a separate decision and agreement.
