My Stay at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
On my most recent Walt Disney World stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, a moderate resort that feels anything but ordinary. My home base was the stunning Gran Destino Tower, where I stayed in a Resort View room. Each evening, I had the most magical perk—being able to watch the EPCOT fireworks right from my window, along with incredible views of Hollywood Studios and the glowing Tower of Terror in the distance.
Dining at Coronado Springs is a treat all its own. One evening, I enjoyed Three Bridges Bar & Grill, where the food, drinks, and relaxed waterside atmosphere created the perfect night.
For something more elevated, I loved spending time at Dahlia Lounge at the top of the Tower. Between their delicious espresso martinis, the cozy churros, and the sweeping views, it quickly became a favorite spot. I also discovered Barcelona Lounge in the resort’s lobby—a stylish and welcoming spot for yet another espresso martini. The vibes there set the tone for an amazing stay.
My family also made the most of the resort’s incredible pool complex, complete with a fun waterslide that kept everyone entertained for hours.
And when it came to dinner, Maya Grill delivered a delicious evening meal, though choosing where to dine was the hardest part—this resort offers so many fantastic options.
From the dining to the atmosphere to those fireworks views, Coronado Springs felt like a true Disney gem. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and a little extra magic.
